3. Booking & Payments

Healing Clinic LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in unavoidable circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be non-refundable.
